Service rules and terms

Plain-language summary of what we do, what we don't do, and how orders work.

1. Service scope

We provide votes, sign-ups, email-confirmations, captcha-solves, and similar engagement actions for consumer and marketing online contests — Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/Telegram polls, brand giveaways, popularity contests, photo contests, voting sweepstakes.

2. Prohibited use cases

We do not provide services for:

  • Political elections (national, regional, municipal)
  • Government referendums and ballots
  • Shareholder votes or proxy votes
  • Regulated industry votes (medical board, professional licensing, union elections)
  • Court-ordered voting (jury, etc.)
  • Any vote where buying votes is criminalised in the relevant jurisdiction

If you're unsure whether your contest fits our scope, ask before ordering — we'll either confirm or decline politely.

3. Order workflow

  1. Send the contest URL and package to our Telegram or email.
  2. Our rep confirms feasibility, timing, and any pacing/regional requirements.
  3. You pay via your chosen method (card, PayPal, crypto, regional methods).
  4. We execute the order according to the agreed pace.
  5. You receive a delivery report with vote counts and timestamps.

4. Refunds

If we cannot deliver the agreed votes within the agreed timeframe, we issue a full refund or a free re-order — at your choice. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days for cards/PayPal, and within 24 hours for crypto.

5. Confidentiality

We never publish, share, or sell client data. Order details are deleted from our systems 90 days after delivery. We do not retain payment information beyond what payment processors require for chargebacks.

6. Service level

Delivery times are best-effort estimates based on package size and complexity. We commit to: notifying you of delays, never delivering bot/throwaway votes, and providing a delivery report on completion.

7. Liability and disclaimers

Our service does not guarantee you will win the contest — only that the votes you ordered will be delivered. Some contests use proprietary anti-fraud detection that may invalidate certain vote types; if that happens, we'll refund or replace.
