1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buyvotescontest.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Buyvotescontest.com ("we", "us", "Service Provider"), established 2018 by Victor Williams in California, USA.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

We provide real votes from unique residential IPs and verified accounts for consumer and marketing online contests, including but not limited to: Facebook polls, Instagram story polls, Twitter/X polls, Telegram channel reactions, brand giveaways, talent shows, photo contests, popularity contests, Woobox/Gleam/ShortStack platforms.

Detailed service scope, prohibited use cases, and operational policies are in the Service Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.

3. Prohibited uses

The Service may NOT be used for:

• Political elections (national, state, regional, municipal) of any country
• Government referendums or initiatives
• Shareholder or corporate governance votes
• Regulated industry voting (e.g. union elections, professional society leadership)
• Court-ordered voting
• Any vote where the result determines legal rights, eligibility for government benefits, or regulatory standing
• Defamation or harassment of contest organisers or other entrants
• Vote manipulation against minors (under-16 contestants)

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and issue refunds when we identify or suspect prohibited use.

4. Payment terms

• All prices in USD unless otherwise displayed.
• Payment is due in full before service delivery begins.
• Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), Bitcoin, Lightning Network, Cash App, Zelle (US), Invoice/Net-30 (returning Gold-tier clients only).
• Crypto payments are non-reversible — refunds (if approved) issued in the same crypto at the original USD price equivalent.
• Chargebacks: filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a material breach and waives any refund or replacement rights.

5. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 24–168 hours, depending on package size and complexity.
• Fast (+20% surcharge): 1–2 hours typical.
• Instant (+40%): 10–30 minutes for time-critical contests.
• VIP (×2): hand-delivered by vetted operators, ≤3 hours.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Network conditions, platform changes, or unusual contest mechanics can extend windows.
• You will receive delivery confirmation via the email or Telegram you provided.

6. Refund policy

• Full refund if we cannot deliver the agreed vote count within the agreed deadline, with no fault on your side. Refund processed within 3–5 business days for cards/PayPal, 24 hours for crypto.
• Partial refund proportional to undelivered votes, if a partial delivery occurred and you do not accept a free re-order to complete it.
• No refund if delivery succeeded as ordered, regardless of whether you won the contest. Outcomes depend on contest mechanics outside our control.
• Refund window: 7 days from agreed delivery deadline.
• Refund requests must be sent to buyvotescontest@yandex.ru with order details and reason. Disputed claims handled per Section 12 (Dispute Resolution).

7. Customer obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contest URL and vote target. Errors caused by incorrect customer-provided URLs are not refundable.
• Notify us if the contest is paused, cancelled, or modified by its organiser — we will hold pacing and refund any undelivered portion proportionally.
• Not resell our service to third parties without written agreement (white-label resellers are welcome — contact us).
• Not use the Service to circumvent any contest organiser's terms in a manner that exposes us to claims of tortious interference.
• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

8. Intellectual property

All content on Buyvotescontest.com — copy, code, schema, brand marks, designs — is © Buyvotescontest.com. You may share short quotes for review or citation purposes with attribution. You may not republish, mirror, or scrape the site without written permission. Copyright complaints: see our DMCA Notice.

9. Warranties

We warrant that:

• Votes will be cast from real residential or mobile IPs, not synthetic datacenter ranges
• Each vote uses a unique IP (no double-counting from the same address)
• Pacing will follow patterns optimised to look organic, not bulk-dispatch
• If the contest platform reverses any delivered vote within 14 days, we will replace it free of charge

The Service is otherwise provided "AS IS". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific contest platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages — including lost contest prizes, lost business opportunities, reputational harm.
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute) and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right (including platform terms of service of the contest host).

12. Dispute resolution

• First step — direct contact: send any dispute to buyvotescontest@yandex.ru. We commit to a substantive reply within 5 business days.
• If unresolved after 30 days: binding individual arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules in San Francisco, California, USA, in English. No class actions.
• EU consumers retain rights to file complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
• Equitable relief (injunctions for IP misuse) may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain available to you regardless.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service, or use it for prohibited purposes. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature survive termination (intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our service. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage with at least 30 days' lead time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Service Rules, DMCA Notice, and AI Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
