What if I get disqualified or my votes are removed?

The 7-day refund window

Our refund policy gives you seven days after the agreed delivery deadline to claim a refund or re-delivery. This window is documented in our Terms of Service §6, reproduced in our Guarantees page, and embedded in the merchantReturnPolicy schema on every service page.

Seven days is the practical sweet spot: long enough for the typical 48-72 hour organiser audit to play out (see how long votes last), short enough that we can keep tight delivery logs for verification.

The step-by-step claim process

1. Notice the deduction. Most deductions are visible in the contest vote tally or are announced by the organiser via email/post. Take a screenshot.
2. Contact us. Email buyvotescontest@yandex.ru with subject "Refund claim — [order ID]" or message our Telegram bot. Include the screenshot or organiser notice.
3. We verify. Our team cross-references your order against the delivery log to confirm what was delivered and when. This typically takes a few hours.
4. You choose. Refund (returned to your original payment method) or re-delivery (fresh batch of the deducted count, usually within 24-48 hours).
5. Resolution. Refunds typically clear within 5-10 business days depending on processor; re-delivery is faster.

What evidence we need

To resolve fast, send:

• The order ID (in your original confirmation email).
• One of: organiser email confirming disqualification, screenshot of the vote count before vs after deduction, organiser social-media post announcing the audit result.
• (Optional but helpful) approximate timing of when you noticed the deduction.

Refund vs re-delivery — how to choose

Choose refund when:

• The contest is over or you have lost interest.
• The contest organiser is now monitoring your specific entry — re-delivery would be more risky than valuable.
• You want to spend the money elsewhere.

Choose re-delivery when:

• The contest is still running and the deducted votes are recoverable in the time remaining.
• You have moved to a fresh entry (some contests allow multiple entries).
• You want to switch to a different vote type for the same campaign.

Partial deductions

If only some votes are deducted, you get a proportional refund or proportional re-delivery. The maths is straightforward: deduct count divided by ordered count, multiplied by either the order value (refund) or the order volume (re-delivery).

What is not covered

Three categories where we cannot refund:

• Buyer-side errors: wrong contest URL, wrong entry number, wrong contest selected at checkout. Verify before paying — our checkout shows a confirmation page for exactly this reason.
• Buyer-side contest violations: fake entry information, multiple-account violations, copyright violations on your entry. Disqualification for these reasons is not a vote-quality problem on our side.
• Excluded categories: we never accept orders for political, public-funded, or government contests in the first place. If you misrepresent the contest type at order time and we discover it during delivery, we cancel and refund. See /rules/.

Refund routing by payment method

• Credit/debit card via Stripe: refund to the original card, 5-10 business days clear.
• PayPal: refund to PayPal balance or linked source, usually 1-3 business days.
• USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20): returned to the original sending wallet within 24 hours of approval.
• Bitcoin / Lightning: returned to the address you provide for refund (cannot be the original sending address by default for Bitcoin) within 24 hours of approval.
• Cash App: returned to your Cash App balance, usually same-day.
